Drewsbow, a gift of knowledge, a true brother!!
« on: October 12, 2007, 12:12:00 PM »
i just can not say enough about Drew Renif. he has the biggest, most giving heart i have ever saw. he gave away some much gear at the hunt it was incredible! however it was his gift of knowledge that means so much to me, you just can't put it in words. i am not very good making things with my hands and i must rely on others to make things for me. Drew took his time and went real slooooow for me where i could understand, learn and use what he taught me. i can now make cane arrows, self nocked and fletched, assemble a knife, build a good antler pipe and twist a flemish string. the flemish string i'm sure i will be calling him again on as i must make a jig first. i can now fend for myself and will make MANY gifts for others with my new skills. Drew, thank you from the bottom of my heart my brother!!! while at my moms Drew also replaced a broken outlet, fixed a bathroom door and sealed a shower door!! the scary part is he also explained and gave instructions to my mother on how to make blackberry cordial which she loves!! i hope to share many, many great hunts with you brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ash arrows, 200-grain Snuffers, some great issues of TBM, and almost 350 left-wing (already ground) turkey feathers...
...all stuff I came away with from the Attack thanks to Drew. The Man has a heart of gold, no doubts about it...

PS...that blackberry cordial of his went down pretty smooth, to boot...

You guys want to chase turkeys then load up the truck and head on over. The Toms were in full strut and gobbling their heads off this morning. The hens wanted nothing to do with them.
