3rivers archery
« on: August 28, 2015, 01:17:00 PM »
I drove down to 3rivers archery yesterday to shop for some new stuff and look around. I walked in and was instantly greated and offered a tour of the warehouse and range. This is usually only offered on Saturdays, but the gentlemen never hesitated to ask if I was interested in seeing his whole operation!! Furthermore, I have been struggling with arrow weights, arrow length, brace height, tip weight, insert weight and every other thing you could think of since March 2015. My arrows rarely shoot straight and fly very erratic. Within about 30 minutes I was shooting a totally different arrow (full metal jacket 400 spine) and watching my arrows fly like lasers to the target!!! The past 5 months have caused more concern and money to even mention... I visited several bow shops and was told "you need this, you need that, change your nock height... Yada yada yada... The staff, and I believe the owner, had put me ahead of everything else he had planned that day and got me squared away! I walked out of there wishing I could spend more money to show my appreciation for everything they did!! I bought two dozen arrows and a few other items... I will definitely be back and will not deal with anyone else!!! If you haven't been to 3rivers archery, show up on a Saturday, test drive some bows, check out their bargain area and spend some cash!!! The place is awesome and the service and knowledge is next to none!!! Thank you 3rivers, you've made a life long loyal customer!!

Craig, that's just plain cool... My good friend had the same experience just last week. Kinda makes one wonder, I bet they do this for their customers more than we hear about.   :archer:

That's awesome. You don't see that kind of service much any more. I doubt I'll ever make it to their store, but they've always treated me very well with my mail order and online purchases. Glad to hear that you got your problems worked out, and welcome to the Gang.

I had no idea!  I thought I heard Bisch say that he drives to it anytime he needs anything, but I am obviously mistaken.  lol

Have been a customer of 3 Rivers for nine years.  All of my experiences with them and their products have been wonderful. Bought two DAALAs at the start and lots of other items and the ADVICE has always been correct.  The staff is superb. My wife is not an archer, but will tell friends that she admires the place just on the basis of how happy they make me.

Respectfully,

It's nice to get my order in the same week I placed it.

I have had excellent service with them as well.  Dale is originally from Wisconsin...I guess that explains a lot...Go Badgers!

I really appreciate you proving excellent feedback about a company that deserves it; good to be gracious!

Anytime someone can help another person improve their arrow flight is a good story.
