My New Tip
« on: September 07, 2015, 05:22:00 PM »
Had my new Tip for a short time, very happy with it. I shoot in a winter league and get picked on a lot, cuz my shooting is quite bad, but now with my new Tip those guys are in for a shock (MAXWELL)! I still have a few things to work out but I feel I am shooting much better. Bow is 43#, KOA on limbs, Double Carbon, Rosewood Riser...

Very beautiful bow. Am I with jt85 about your form. You ever wonder why they pick on you? Lol. Just kidding  some bows you can shoot really well, some you cant hit the broad side of a barn. Glad your shooting better!

If that bow doesn't "turn around" for you, Ill buy it in a second. Nice piece and I hope you'll give us a report on how that double carbon performs.

I  Maxwell, have never disparaged Franky's shooting, my daughter on the other hand well!!!  Nice tip Frank. I am concerned that you may reach your bucket list this winter, but as the princess says that is quite laughable.

Maxwell, as league president you may have a false sense of security, be berry berry careful, day of reckoning is at hand, the Princess can't help you...

I see what your problem is, it's very clear in the picture, your looking at the camera instead of the spot on the target !

Frank you might be right, I shoot a gun case in my cellar range yesterday, it was three feet right of where I was looking.  Penetration was excellent.  I switched bows right after fiasco.

You're going to need a mirror and an arrow to complete that "trick shot". I'll bet Dave never envisioned his work to be used in such a way.    :saywhat:
Hmmmmm. I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I'm

The other problem is the bow is righty and you're shooting lefty!
I love a dark, one piece recurve, yours is a beauty.
