Troubles placing orders- please help

Hey gang

Been trying to place some orders on Big jim's site but get the following message no matter what payment method I use

"We are unable to process your payment request at this time. In accordance with our ongoing efforts to protect our customers, the payment method you specified has been blocked. Please contact us at your convenience to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Any techies that can assist or guide me? I am based in South Africa but I use a U.S. based shipping agent (Stackry).

I'm sure there would have been more noise if there was a problem with the site so the issue must be on my side.      

Any advice will be appreciated
