getting concerned?

I had a new longbow that was supposed to have been shipped almost two weeks ago, I also cant contact the guy, and he will not respond to my emails and I cant find his phone number, I know he made the bow, he sent me pics of it, I am concerned that it might have been mailed to the wrong address, if anyone has any contact info for Tobby Johns please let me know
