First blood of the season...

Only problem is that it was my own!  Sliced the knuckle on my thumb to the bone when the file slipped on a Zwickey Delta.  Glad it was the knuckle...very little meat and no nerves back there.  It can happen quick - be careful guys.

Hope you are ok, and can still shoot your bow!

Good luck on the non-human species!!!

There ARE ligaments however! Sliced mine lengthways (luckily) one time which needed a surgeon to sew back together. Glad it wasn't too serious for you.   :knothead:
Hmmmmm. I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I'm
not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant!

Sorry you took out yourself. I've done it before myself.

Happened to me. Forgot I was shooting a broadhead tipped arrow in addition to target points. Spread my fingers around the shaft and against the target and pulled, forgetting it had a broadhead. Sliced my middle finger, right hand, second knuckle. Healed but still some numbness but fortunately hasn't affected my shooting. Come to think of it, not much could affect my shooting, as bad as it is.
