Thanks for the help. I wonder how much good the wicks would be this late in the season? I've always tried to stay away from the scents, mostly based on the theory that I primarily hunt travel routes and don't want to do anything that would alter a deers normal routine or path of travel when I'm not there. This however, seems to be one time where I need to do something. I can't move closer to his bed, because I don't believe he's bedding on property I can hunt on (and I'm close to the edge as it is).
I put a camera out almost two weeks ago on the same tree and trail he scraped under last year. I guess we will see what I've got in a couple more days.
