I love my LW, it climbs easy and it is very compact. My son-in-law has the Summit Cobra and it is plain bulky, it hangs almost to his knees while on his back and it may climb easy but is very loud while climbing. I have owned several makes of climbers and there is no doubt for what you are looking for ya cannot beat the LW!! Shawn

If you like the lone wolf hang on stand instead of a climbing stick try some Ameristep rapid rails they are now made in aluminum and enough rails to get you 20 feet off the ground only weigh 11 pounds. I have a set and truly love them.

Craig, yes you actually sit on the bar when you climb. Once you're up to where you want to be you just pivot the bar under the seat. No problems!
