Thanks everone,Sockrublur,It's a pretty simple story realy.A friend has 3 acres of hardwoods surrounded by lots more woods,I'm lucky enough to hunt it all alone.the plot goes wide open,thicket,open.thicket..there are more deer there this year than ever-before.I.m set-up on the edge of a thicket faceing open woods,I got in my stand at 6:50 just enought lite to make my way.Perfect day wind in my face, sum coming up at my back,so I thought.as it got lite I was winded from behind by a doe,oh well.one hour goes by and a spike shows himself, right below me,very small.let him go on his way.9:10 3point again right below me broadside at 10 feet from my ladder,I go to full draw and he turns to face me,I couldent let down so picked a new spot and the rest is history.Ace standard went in just behind the upper shoulder and out at the hunch on the other side into the back leg.Stillhunter, she is a bamboo backed Ipe,68in ntn black palm riser and tips,48# at 28in.Thanks again guy's Burt
