Not one I usually read but will have to pick it up to see what Mr. Motor City Machete has to say.

They left out the "Cool" pictures though, so...here's the "Rest of the story" that was left out...

My son got into my stuff before we left and stuffed this picture into my bag.  Notice the color he chose to color the bear?  He knew I was going to hunt black bears, but still chose to color it brown.  Nice way to start an adventure.

Just a cool picture of camp...

The tree I spanked the bear on...

My buddy I spent the evening with, just after I reached out and touched him on the way up...

Spent a LOT of time with these three...

The next day I had some of this at the ready.  I learned my lesson the previous night, and it was reinforced by "Hot Sauce" Burkhardt's adventure the night before.

For those who don't listen, you get to stay close to camp in "Detention Stand"...

The "bait" used was PRIMO.  I would fill up my hat, similar to getting popcorn for the movie...

The Mexican/American invasion into Canada...

Still amazed how big the paws are (could just be me making it look big, since I'm such a tiny guy anyway)...

This was not a staged picture.  We were sitting around the Fire, on Friday the 13th, and my Mexican brother from another mother, Alex, said "Myyykeee, go like this (as he raised his 2 fingers)".  I did, and he snapped this picture.  What a wonderful ending to a most excellent hunt.

Honestly, I couldn't say enough good about Ryan at Stickflingers, Manitoba Bowhunts.  1st class operation all the way.
