Since 1973.  Not sure how to count, though, since I didn't really hunt for a number of years.  Like everything else the most important hunt is today's.  Rut is on here, and I will be out this evening.

My first year of deer hunting with a recurve was 1965,  so 55 years this year.  Although I have to mention I missed about four years because of a date with the U.S. Army, and a few others because of family demands.

Earliest memory was my dad taking Kendall Techau and me bowhunting one October day.  That was around 1962.  Kendall mentioned that hunt in an article for Traditional Bowhunters a few years ago.

Forever greatful to my Dad for passing on this passion for the wonderful life of bowhunting.  I will never amass the trophies that some of you have taken, but nobody loves Bowhunting more than me!  I love October in the hardwoods!
