Look at stalker, big Jim and Schafer websites wood galleries and make your own choice. All of those bowyers have impeccable taste in wood species and will offer you many examples. You may even buy a bow from one of them. You'll have a closer connection to your bow. Congratulations on a nice piece.

Get on the Tall Tines website to see Brian's examples.  It really is all dependent on what you like in a bow.  

I have a dark chocolate Macassar Ebony riser and Macassar Ebony "Tundra" limbs, and another set of "Stickflinger" limbs that have brown glass.

What color/tone do you like?

My next Tall Tines is going to be all Myrtle.  That, to me, is a beautiful wood (grain and color).

I like darker bows and reds
