Even a 56" 2 piece would likely be shorter then my 30" bop arrows.

I've talked to Dan about one of these. A Pika is likely going to be my first custom made bow, hopefully early next year.   :campfire:

Here's a short video of my pika. After several months of shooting this little bow I was a bit disappointed. I put the bow down and started shooting my other bows. I kept looking at my pika because I really liked it. I put it down because my groups started to open up a lot. I figured it couldn't be that bad. Well I called Dan Toelke. He asked couple questions. He's a very nice guy. I told him what was going on. Turns out the nock point can twist. It is meant for tuning. When you find the sweet spot, place a dab of super glue. After I did that voila! I'm backed to shooting my pika again. It's the bow that stays out. Just saying.

I'm jealous of you guys! I've been patiently trying to sell a couple bows (been a couple weeks but feel like an eternity!) so I can call Dan back and tell him to start building! Please keep posting on when you guys get them and what you think about them. I'm on the fence with a Pika or Lynx.

If you go Lynx, go 60" recurve limbs.  The two I've tried are the smoothest bows I've ever tried and that's a bunch.  Pika vs. LYNX is kinda opposite ends of the spectrum.  Split the difference and get a chinook!  Lol

Brad, I had Dan retiller that takedown SS of yours to 3 under and drop the # to 53@30 and boy is it ever smooth. That being said, I still favor my Super D for some odd reason over all the others in the stable. If he made a Pika at 60 or 62", I may have to move some inventory!

I'm liking my 54" 40# Pika that Dan made me to help with my shoulder rehab sooo much that I just traded my bowbolt Griffin for a bowbolt Pika 54" @45#.  Bow is already in the mail from Dan...tippit

Do not follow where the path may lead.  Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.

My nightmare has begun! My pika came in the mail yesterday and wife is making me wait til Christmas day to open it. The worst part is somehow I've tweaked my bow shoulder and can barely hold a bow much less draw it....
