It's kind of a Stone Age solution, but I always just email the photo to myself. The email app gives me a choice of small, medium or large, all of which are under 1 mb, regardless of the size of the original. But then I’m kind of a Stone Age guy.

I’ve been trying to post pictures and what I get after selecting the post tab is: An error has occurred....”your attachment couldn’t be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow”. This is with pictures from my photo library with both my iPhone and iPad.

The preview window is above your text window, you need to scroll up to see it.

Pictures do not show in preview.

It will say, " [ Attachment has not been uploaded yet ] "

Okay now Ed, get rid of that thumbnail.....

Click modify ...click on the attachment icon ...once you see your attachment click insert attachment.

when you do not click on insert attachment you end up with a thumbnail instead of a full-size pic
