Game Camera Faux Pas
« on: January 24, 2010, 08:32:00 PM »
I have a game camera that was giving me some trouble in early January.  Its an infra red model and the night pictures were all black.

I went to the manufactures website, downloaded the newest firm ware and updated my camera.  I was anxious to see if it worked.

Now gentleman, let me give you some advise here.

Never, I mean never, place your game cameras on your dresser and forget to tell your spounse.

The good news is the images are crystal clear.

Please change your handle to "IR Pornstar"  LOL

KentuckyTJ and I have a single buddy that was given this nickname for his adventurous use of the IR video mode of the DLC Covert...LOL.

All pictures are destroyed, and maybe my SD card.  Thankfully, I still have the camera, but I almost had to dislodge it from my backside.

C now that's why I prefer placing them over scrapes instead of bait piles!!!

Whew!  If I did that I'm pretty sure the wife (aka boss) would break out a big'ol can of whoopa** on me.  Come to think of it though, the dog house is my happy place.  :scared:
